Returns / Exchange Policy
We currently do not refund or exchange unless the staff made a mistake or is out of stock of a certain item. If you have received an incorrect order, we're happy to accommodate and correct the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Click here contact us or please email support@oldenglishbrand.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request.

- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in a future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
Cancel Order Policy
Unfortunately, since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.
