How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a separate email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders, that may be where your tracking email went. Please be sure to double-check your billing and shipping addresses so we can send your product to the correct address.

Status updates beyond the United States are only available for select countries. For more information, review the list of eligible countries at http://www.usps.com/eligible-countries.htm 

How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to the shipping method selected at checkout and distance from our facility.  Once the order has shipped tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

*2-day air or expedited shipping means that your order will arrive within that expedited time frame once the order has left our facility. 

 Do orders have insurance?

All domestic and international orders shipments include tracking and up to $100 in insurance with some exceptions. It's your responsibility to open up a dispute if order comes up missing. Disputes can be open at http://usps.com

When purchasing internationally.

USPS provides reliable and affordable international delivery to more than 190 countries through Priority Mail International® service.

All International orders our deemed "purchase at your own risk". Once a package leaves our warehouse or U.S soil, the package is considered delivered. 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please reach out to us via our contact page asap. When ordering double-check your shipping address before completing your order! Once your order leaves our facility there is little we can do to fix an address unless the order is returned by the carrier. If we catch an incorrect address, we will notify you via email. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, due to the limited quantity and high demand, returns and exchanges are not available.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
